Below, we’ve included a 2018 open letter to Congress by AAPS member Marilyn Singleton. AAPS (AAPSonline.org) has been dedicated to the preservation of the patient-physician relationship through constitutional and free-market independent medicine since 1943.
Keep in mind that the present federal government involvement in medical care is unconstitutional. The points made in this article would easily apply to any state-based medical service regulations, which is the end goal of the Constitution Solution.
